Chandan is the Co-owner of Jarods, a manufacturing enterprise operating in the Builders’ Hardware market of India for the past more than 57 years. Chandan has over 21 years of experience in managing, growing and establishing the market in the Builder’s hardware Segment across more than 169+ Cities  in 24 states of the country, covering a dealership network of over 2500 + distributors, wholesalers and retailers.

He has insured a growth in profit from anywhere between 25% to over 200% for all the Customers who have bought from her.

• A Bachelor’s Degree holder in B.Tech (Mechanical) from University of Pune.
• His expertise has been in creating Systems to bring standardization, consistency and measurability at all levels of Operations and Marketing in an SME. To communicate and establish this fact in the mind of the Customer to build credibility, recall and repeat buyers. He has developed and nurtured the in-house brand JARODS establishing it in a unique position in its market segment.
• Chandan has been facilitating The Art of Living Programs for the past 13 Years. He facilitates meditation programs for Individuals, Students, Rural people and Prison Inmates.
• As his co curriculars, Chandan is a hard core travel and food enthusiast. Amongst his other passions, he has been a potter for the last 8 years, a keen home brewer and loves to read and write Urdu poetry.
